How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
I have not received an email for tracking, What should I do?
Items purchased take 2-5 days to be processed and shipped. Once items are processed and shipped, you should receive an email containing tracking information either in your “Inbox” or “Spam”. Therefore, make sure you check them both. If you haven’t received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
When should I expect my purchased item(s) to be delivered?
Please refer to the “Shipping & Delivery” page for detailed information about shipping and delivery as different destinations have different estimations for shipping and delivery time.
I purchased multiple items but received a tracking number for one item or some of them but not all. What is the reason?
Sometimes due to logistical reasons, items that are purchased under one shopping cart could be separated in shipping as processing time for orders take between 2-5 days, and some items might have been processed earlier than the others which leads to separation in shipping and tracking numbers. Therefore, if you have purchased multiple items but received a tracking number for only one item or some of them, please be patient and you will receive the tracking number(s) for the remaining item(s).
